KhanaOS is developed and operated by Aimtech Dynamics Private Limited, Kolkata, West Bengal, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect through the khanaos.in website and the KhanaOS product, and the choices you have. We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

What we collect on this website

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use khanaos.in — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and interaction events such as demo-form submissions or WhatsApp clicks. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

Demo and contact requests. When you book a demo or contact us, the details you provide (name, business name, city, phone number) are sent to us via WhatsApp or email so we can respond. We use them only to handle your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up your account.

What we do not collect here. The website takes no payments and stores no payment credentials. Full guides requested on WhatsApp are fulfilled manually; your number is used to send the guide, not added to broadcast lists.

What we collect in the KhanaOS product

Customer accounts store business data you enter — menu, recipes, sales, inventory, staff records — to provide the service. Where the product processes personal data of your staff or customers (for example attendance records or customer profiles), you remain the data fiduciary for that data and KhanaOS acts on your instructions. Product features include audit logs, role-based access control, data export and deletion controls designed to support DPDP obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the product and website (such as hosting and analytics providers), or where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by writing to sales@khanaos.com or WhatsApp +91 79803 72217. We respond within the timelines prescribed under applicable law. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
