Hours and response targets

Support hours are 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. Billing-blocking issues (you cannot print bills) are handled first — message "URGENT" with your outlet name. Business plan customers have a dedicated account manager; Enterprise agreements carry specific SLAs.

Escalation

If an issue is not resolved within 48 hours, reply to the same thread with "ESCALATE" and it is reviewed directly by the founding team. We would rather hear it twice than have you live with a broken counter.
