Every plan can be preceded by a free 20-minute demo and a 7-day trial with full Pro access, no credit card required. We would rather you test KhanaOS on your own menu before paying than rely on a refund afterwards.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to sales@khanaos.com or WhatsApp +91 79803 72217 from your registered email or WhatsApp number. Your service continues until the end of the period already paid for, and your data remains exportable during that time.

Refunds

Subscription fees for periods already started are not refunded, with these exceptions, refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days:

— Duplicate payment or a billing error on our side.
— Payment charged after a cancellation was confirmed in writing.
— A paid installation that we are unable to complete for reasons within our control.

Hardware

Tablet or printer bundles purchased through sales carry the manufacturer's warranty; hardware returns follow the manufacturer's policy communicated at purchase.
