The service

KhanaOS is restaurant management software — POS, inventory and analytics — provided as a subscription by Aimtech Dynamics Private Limited ("Aimtech"). Plans and current pricing are published on the pricing page; prices exclude GST at 18%.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for using the software lawfully (including GST and labour-law compliance in your own business). We may suspend accounts used for unlawful activity or actions that harm the service or other customers.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Annual plans are billed in advance per outlet. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time by writing to sales@khanaos.com or WhatsApp +91 79803 72217; the service then runs until the end of the paid period. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it from the product at any time, and request deletion after cancellation as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and support

We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service; the POS is designed to keep billing offline during connectivity loss. Support channels and hours are on the support page. Enterprise agreements may include specific SLAs.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimtech's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid for the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of analytics outputs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
